Returns & Exchanges

At Good Totes, we want you to love your new companion; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original, unused condition with all tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your tote in its original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
